Miss Natalie: Mrs. Natalie joined Wee Wisdom in July 2015 as a teacher but has been apart of the school since her daughter, Mia started in 2013. Natalie brings with her years of experience with children in both school & home settings.  She enjoys being super creative and it shows...her classroom is VERY inviting!

Miss Mindy: Miss Mindy was born and raised in Georgetown! She has been working with children for over 5 years. She spent many years working at The Children's Center of Austin in Steiner Ranch and joined the Wee Wisdom staff in April 2014. Miss Mindy is also a mommy to a beautiful 3 year old little girl who attends Wee Wisdom!


Miss RachelPre-Primary Co- Teacher (29 months - 3 years)

Ms. Rachel : Ms. Rachel  joined our family in August 2015 ! She was born and raised in Austin, TX, and has her degree in Real Estate. Child care has always been her passion though. She has worked with children of all ages for over 11 years.  Ms. Rachel enjoys  spending time with her  husband Will ,  adorable baby daughter, Keira, and her dog Dezi.

Miss Kelly, Primary Classroom Teacher
Primary ( 3 years - 5 years)

Miss Kelly: Kelly grew up in the Cedar Park area. After her husband finished his active duty, they decided to return to Texas. Kelly has worked with children ages six weeks to six years old for over 8 years. She has served as both an assistant and lead teacher with children from infancy through Pre-K.  Kelly completed her Montessori certification through NAMC in July of 2008 and was a Lead Montessori Guide for the following four years.  She is currently in the process of finishing her Child Development Associates degree.    


Primary Assistant ( 3 years - 5 years)

Miss Cheri: Ms. Cheri travels from Leander each day to bring her amazing energy and contagious smile to Wee Wisdom. Cheri joined our family in May but as been a member of Unity for many years. Cheri has a 15 year old daughter and is an active volunteer with Austin Pets Alive.

Carrie Monk, Director of Wee Wisdom Preschool

Director Carrie Monk

Carrie has obtained both the Child Development Associates Credential and Texas Early Childhood Director Certification. She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 14 years, working with children from 6 weeks -12 years of age.

Carrie has served three locations of the Children’s Center of Austin in varying positions, including Director, Assistant Director, and Curriculum Coordinator, in addition to her work at other preschools in the Austin area.  She has served as both lead and assistant teachers in her earlier years, giving her a well rounded background in Early Childhood Education development and leadership.

She has the successfully lead a number of centers through NAEYC National Accreditation and NAC National Accreditation and remains a member of both associations to stay abreast of the latest in early education research and teaching methodology.

As a new mother herself, she strives to provide an environment that feels like home, where children can learn, play and always feel loved and nurtured.
